What TenantSeal is (and is not)

TenantSeal is a documentation and evidence-organization service. It is not a law firm, court, government agency, notary, forensic service, or legal-advice provider. TenantSeal may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to help organize information, suggest labels or matches, and prepare draft content. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Users must review and confirm generated content before relying on, exporting, sharing, or sending it. TenantSeal does not independently verify that user-submitted statements, dates, locations, photographs, videos, documents, or other materials are true, complete, authentic, or legally sufficient. A tamper-evident fingerprint or seal indicates whether covered data changed after the fingerprint or seal was created. It does not prove what occurred before submission and does not guarantee that a landlord, court, government agency, or other recipient will accept the record. TenantSeal does not determine legal rights, legal deadlines, liability, fault, damages, lease violations, or likely outcomes. Rules vary by location. Users should review official local resources or seek qualified legal advice for their circumstances.

Age eligibility

TenantSeal is intended for users age 18 or older. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18.

Service provided “as is”

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular outcome in a deposit or tenancy dispute.

You own your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, notes, and documentation you create. We process them only to provide the service to you.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of what you document, for having the right to capture it, and for how you use the reports, letters, and share links you generate.

Subscription and cancellation

Paid TenantSeal Plus features are billed through our payment processor. The current price and billing interval are shown before you purchase, at checkout and on our pricing page, and TenantSeal Plus renews automatically at the then-current price for each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals. Charges already incurred for a completed billing period are generally not refunded except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass others, to impersonate anyone, or to upload content you do not have the right to capture or share. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated data from your account settings. See the Data Deletion section for details.
