What we store
The photos you upload, the condition reports and AI analysis generated from them, any notes you add, and your account email address.
Why we store it
Solely to help you document and defend your rental's condition. That's the whole purpose of the app.
Who can see it
Only you — plus anyone you explicitly choose to send a share link to. We do not make your reports public.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. You can remove individual properties at any time, or permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from your account settings.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your documentation to anyone.
Deleting your data
Use “Delete my account & data” in your account settings to permanently erase your account, photos, reports, and everything else you've created.
