How to read TenantSeal's automated features and evidence tools.
General
TenantSeal is a documentation and evidence-organization service. It is not a law firm, court, government agency, notary, forensic service, or legal-advice provider. TenantSeal may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to help organize information, suggest labels or matches, and prepare draft content. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Users must review and confirm generated content before relying on, exporting, sharing, or sending it. TenantSeal does not independently verify that user-submitted statements, dates, locations, photographs, videos, documents, or other materials are true, complete, authentic, or legally sufficient. A tamper-evident fingerprint or seal indicates whether covered data changed after the fingerprint or seal was created. It does not prove what occurred before submission and does not guarantee that a landlord, court, government agency, or other recipient will accept the record. TenantSeal does not determine legal rights, legal deadlines, liability, fault, damages, lease violations, or likely outcomes. Rules vary by location. Users should review official local resources or seek qualified legal advice for their circumstances.
Review required
AI-generated suggestions and drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal advice. Review and confirm any generated content before relying on, exporting, sharing, or sending it.
What a seal shows
A tamper-evident fingerprint or seal shows whether covered data changed after it was created. It does not prove what happened before submission, does not verify the underlying facts, and does not guarantee acceptance by any landlord, court, or agency.
